How (And Why) To Look Ravishing In Red

February is all about Valentine’s Day and American Heart Month, so let’s say hello to all things red and heart healthy!

First things first: Red is definitely out of most comfort zones, but it’s worth taking the plunge! Red is a truly bold color, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be a wardrobe staple. Every shade of red, from crimson to maroon, is universally flattering - and surprisingly versatile. Not to mention, this is the color to wear when you want to feel energetic and in control of a situation. Red symbolizes power and position. This highly visible color works perfectly for business attire because it highlights leadership, confidence and determination. Ever think about what we roll out for celebrities and VIPs? A bright RED carpet! Plus, this regal color gets bonus points for representing love and passion.

One more thing that red represents? The good health of people we all love. In case you’re wondering why we wear red in February, The American Heart Association is bringing awareness to women’s heart health. Red is bold and it’s beautiful - just like the women who wear it. As Audrey Hepburn once said, “There’s a shade of red for every woman”, and it’s guaranteed that any touch of red will be a classic in your wardrobe.
